Elstar - Elrosa®

The Elrosa® apple has a very smooth skin with no russetting issues. It colors 10 days before regular Elstar.

Color: bright red and uniform with a very smooth skin.

Size: medium and regular.

Storage: good shelf life, till the end of April in ULO-conditions.

Flowering: mid-season bloom, somewhat self-tolerant but cross-pollination is desired.

Production: early and regular. Adequate and timely thinning is necessary to avoid biennial bearing.

Growth: very vigorous.
